Jamee + Clayton

June 20, 2026

“Walking into House of White is just a magical experience in itself -- the warm welcome by the kindest ladies, the decor, the calming vibe. The HOW team truly makes a bride feel special and celebrated the way she's supposed to. I never felt pressured into making a decision or purchase -- just encouraged and supported.” - Jamee

ABOUT THE COUPLE

“Our love story was written slowly, tenderly, and in God’s perfect timing. Clayton and I met in middle school — just two kids from different counties who would see each other at rivalry games and the county fair, never realizing those small moments were the spark for something so special. We connected again through social media in 2017, our junior year of high school. From cheering each other on at baseball tournaments and pageants, high school proms, graduations, our first jobs, our biggest dreams, and every little moment in between. We’ve held on through long-distance college years and supported each other through every new chapter. We’ve learned together what real love looks like — patience, grace, trust, friendship, and faith. Looking back, we can see God’s fingerprints all over our story. Clayton proposed on our 8 year dating anniversary with a special set up, lined with rose pedals and candles, near the lake on his family farm. It was the best day of my life and I'm so blessed to have married such a thoughtful, kind, hardworking, and patient man.”

WEDDING DAY ADVICE FOR FUTURE BRIDES

“Don't sweat the small stuff and enjoy every little moment. I get it -- Planning a wedding is not for the weak, but try not to lose sight of the meaning behind the madness -- starting forever with the love of your life. If you feel like the to-do list isn't completed before the big day, trust me, no one will notice but you. Everything will fall into place perfectly!”

when you knew your gown was the one

“When I booked my appointment with HOW, I described my dream dress to Hannah -- full of sparkle, a detachable skirt, and a big bow. The very first dress she pulled for me checked every. single. box. and exceeded my expectations! The feeling of seeing myself in my dream dress was overwhelming -- tears, chills, big giddy smiles, and lots of dancing in the store LOL!”

FAVORITE ACCESSORY FROM YOUR WEDDING DAY

“My veil. It was my big sister, Tori's, veil from her wedding day. She was a HOW Bride several years before me. I was with her at her appointment when she picked it out and I knew I wanted to use it as my something borrowed. She's my very best friend and was my maid of honor, so it was truly special to share that beautiful accessory with her.”

A SPECIAL MOMENT FROM YOUR WEDDING DAY

“Our wedding day marked 9 official years together. We wanted to keep the wedding traditional, so the first time we saw each other that day was the moment I walked down the isle. Before the ceremony started, we shared a "first touch." Hidden from each other's view, we read letters to one another to reflect on memories of our love story and our vows for the future in our marriage. It was so sweet and emotional. It calmed our nerves before the ceremony -- and a moment we will always cherish!”

Thank you for sharing your day with us! We loved sharing a small part of it with you!
