I was able to personalize my dress by ordered off-the-shoulder straps to add to my it. Hannah knew what I was looking for in a wedding dress, and knew that off-the-shoulder straps were a MUST HAVE for me. She managed to pull the perfect dress that had EVERYTHING I wanted, except for the straps. I told her I loved it, and it could possibly be the one, I just really wanted to have those off-the-shoulder straps. She went above and beyond, and got a set of straps that were cut from a piece of lace, and put those on to show me that the dress could be customized to make it the PERFECT dress for me. It started with a champagne toast and then my stylist pulled some dresses out that fit the style I was going for. The first dress she pulled was the one I chose! It’s like she’s known me for years.
