She managed to pull the perfect dress that had EVERYTHING I wanted, except for the straps. I told her I loved it, and it could possibly be the one, I just really wanted to have those off-the-shoulder straps. She went above and beyond, and got a set of straps that were cut from a piece of lace, and put those on to show me that the dress could be customized to make it the PERFECT dress for me. “From the moment I walked in I was treated like I was the only one there! Exceptional service and staff that truly care about your experience. It started with a champagne toast and then my stylist pulled some dresses out that fit the style I was going for. The first dress she pulled was the one I chose! It’s like she’s known me for years.
