“My husbands name is Zane Armstrong! We met our sophomore year of college and as soon as I saw him I knew he was the love of my life, it was the craziest thing! We were friends first which is why I think our relationship is as beautiful as it is. We dated for about 3 years until Zane finally proposed in December of 2025 in downtown Evansville in front of the Christmas lights! It was absolutely so special and the easiest yes I’ve ever said! He is the most kind, thoughtful, amazing person I’ve ever met and I’m so excited to share the rest of my life with him <3”
WEDDING DAY ADVICE FOR FUTURE BRIDES
“Enjoy every second of the planning and wedding day. It will be over in the blink of an eye. Appreciate the small things and enjoy this time because it truly is so special. Show daily appreciation for your spouse and never stop just having fun with each other. Now that the engagement and wedding are over, I find myself reminiscing because it does go by so fast. But marriage is the best thing that’s ever happened to me and I wouldn’t change a thing!”
WHEN YOU KNEW YOUR GOWN WAS “THE ONE”
“I knew my gown was the one the second I walked out and saw myself in the mirror and saw my families reaction. I immediately felt so beautiful in it and knew it was the dress I wanted to walk down the aisle in. The overskirt and the off the shoulder sleeves added the perfect addition to it and made it so elegant. And the second we put the veil on I think everyone in the room cried haha!”
FAVORITE ACCESSORY FROM YOUR WEDDING DAY
“My favorite accessory on my wedding day was the pendant Zane surprised me with for my bouquet. My dad passed away in 2024 and the pendant was a picture of my dad and I and had his fingerprint on it saying he will be with me as I walk down the aisle. It was the most thoughtful gift I’ve ever received and the fact that I could have it with me on my wedding day was so special.”
