“Andrew and I have been best friends since preschool. We always were in the same classes and had the same friends growing up. Once we got into middle school, Andrew told me he had a crush on me! On my 16 birthday, Andrew took me to a little picnic on his family farm. We watched the sunset and seriously had the best birthday ever. Flash forward to May 2, 2022, Andrew took me out to that same spot and asked me to spend forever with him.”
WEDDING DAY ADVICE FOR FUTURE BRIDES
“My wedding advice would be not to worry. Don’t worry about rain, people who attend, or any minor inconvenience on your big day. Those things will happen no matter the worry and at the end of the day you are there about to marry your best friend and that’s what counts. Just breathe and don’t panic! Also when you walk down the aisle don’t take your eyes off of your future spouse. That was by far my favorite moment of the day. Also have a cocktail hour, being able to chill out before you enter the reception was a lifesaver for us.”
